Entrance is gained through two twin doors; inside one finds the Stairway of Honour, the Portrait Room, the Goya Hall, the Chapel, the Plenary Meeting Room, the Atrium of Crystals and the Carreta Hall.Location: Plaza de la Villa, 4.
